1. Field Methodology: Capture

Simultaneous monitoring of a digital control channel and associated voice frequency pool.

3. Findings & Limitations

Trunking provides high spectral efficiency, but increasing use of AES-256 encryption is closing the gap on public transparency for many agencies.
